Garlic Naan

Ingredients
- 1 lb firm fish fillets (like tuna or mackerel), cut into pieces
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 2 tsp tamarind paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Marinate fish pieces with turmeric, chili powder, black pepper, and salt for 10 minutes.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add fenugreek seeds and garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add curry powder and tamarind paste, stir well.
- Add fish pieces and gently coat with the spice mixture.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally, until fish is cooked and the sauce is almost dry.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
